Chair Duets Challenge: Terms and Conditions
We would like as many people as possible to be able to participate in the Chair Duets Challenge so please be responsible and safe when creating and submitting your content.
All submitted content is monitored and approved by Frantic Assembly.
Frantic Assembly will take all steps to ensure the content is used solely for the purposes it is intended, which is as part of the Chair Duets Challenge, and the promotion of the project and wider Frantic Assembly activities. If you become aware that the content is being used inappropriately, or if you would like your film removed for any reason, please contact Inga Hirst at Frantic Assembly immediately on 020 7841 3115 or chairduets@franticassembly.co.uk. If you are filming young people under the age of 18 as part of the Chair Duets Challenge (i.e. a teacher creating a film with their class), it is your responsibility to ensure a legal guardian (parent/carer) has given prior consent for the filming and publication of content on YouTube and on the Frantic Assembly website.

- Frantic Assembly agree to monitor and moderate content, remove content if requested and act if we are notified about misuse of content that may be harmful to participants.
Terms of Use
The following terms apply to your participation in Frantic Assembly’s Chair Duets Challenge.
Please read these terms and conditions before submitting your film.
Part of the process of participating in the challenge will be uploading your content to YouTube before submitting the film to Frantic Assembly. We reserve the right to not approve your film but we ask that you agree to the following terms when uploading content to YouTube under the project name, many of which are in line with YouTube Terms of Service.
- You will not upload content that is libellous or defamatory or be seen to be threatening, abusive, violent, pornographic, harassing, malicious or harmful to any person or entity or evasive of another’s privacy.
- You will not upload content that is harmful to minors in any way or hateful or discriminatory based on race, colour, sex, religion, nationality, ethnic or national origin, marital status, disability, sexual orientation or age or is otherwise objectionable.
- You will not upload content that contains nudity, violent or offensive material or copyrighted images.
- You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
- You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of the webpage.
- You will not upload any material, which is knowingly false or infringes, violates or misappropriates any third party’s intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights or contractual rights.
- You will not upload personal or identifying content of another person without that person’s explicit consent.
- You will not facilitate or encourage any violations of these Terms
Frantic Assembly reserve the right to:
- Use content submitted for external marketing and promotion of the project.
- Take action should the Terms of Project be breached, including co-operation with law enforcement agencies and other authorities. Reports of content misuse will be taken seriously. Online activities are not anonymous. You can be traced even if you give a fake email account and registration information. Every computer and device connected to the Internet has a unique address (given by your Internet service provider).
- Remove without notice content that is abusive, illegal, or disruptive, or that otherwise fails to conform with these Terms.
- Remove any content, regardless of whether such communications breaches these Terms.
If have any questions about these Terms, require them in another format or if you disagree with a decision of Frantic Assembly regarding the moderation of the content please contact Frantic Assembly’s Administrator at admin@franticassembly.co.uk.
Guidelines for Recording Images
- It is advised that children and young people featured in content for the Frantic Assembly Chair Duets Challenge should be appropriately dressed with outer clothing garments covering their torso from at least the bottom of their neck to their thighs, (i.e. a minimum of vest/shirt and shorts)
- The content should ideally focus on the activity
- Frantic Assembly will try to ensure that content of a young person, who is under a court order, is not recorded or published
- Any instances of the use of inappropriate content should be reported to the NSPCC Helpline or the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF)
- Frantic Assembly will carefully consider submitted content of children and young people so that any content deemed inappropriate will not be approved.
